The 4th Regiment of the Italian light infantry appeared in 1811.

In the regiment there became 4 battalion of combat and 1 spare regiment.

Number of mouth in the battalion: 4 - e Jaeger, karabiners - 1 , voltizhers - 1. There were 140 people in the company.

2 three-foot guns were attached to the Regiment. (One Artillery Company).

It participated in the battles in Lutz, Nokakko, Tersan, San Marco, flounces.

In the Campaign of 1812 the regiment did not participate.
